Our role

BookARoofer is a marketplace. We help homeowners find and contact independent roofing contractors. We are not a roofing contractor, we do not perform work, and we are not a party to any agreement between a homeowner and a contractor.

Homeowners

• Requesting quotes is free and carries no obligation.
• Instant measurements and price estimates are approximations. Final pricing comes from the contractor after an inspection.
• You are responsible for checking a contractor's licence, insurance and references before hiring.

Contractors

• Information in your listing must be accurate, including licensing and insurance.
• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled and are billed as described on the pricing page.
• You must respond to homeowners professionally and follow local laws, including consumer protection and anti-spam rules.
• We may suspend or remove listings that are inaccurate, abusive or receive repeated valid complaints.

Reviews and content

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We may remove content that is false, offensive or violates these terms.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, BookARoofer is not liable for work performed by contractors, disputes between users, or indirect damages arising from use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
